Principal Analyst, Forrester Research
Noel is a Principal Analyst in Forrester's Application Development & Infrastructure research group, covering database management systems, database administration, data security and data management tools. As a respected thought leader in his field, Noel speaks at industry conferences worldwide and is routinely quoted in publications such as CNET and the Wall Street Journal. He has taught several technical and management programs on grid computing, data management, security, scalability, consolidation, and information fabric. His current primary research focus is customer usage experiences, data security and emerging database technologies. Noel holds a bachelor's degree in business and a post-graduate degree in business administration. He is also the author of an Oracle book and is currently working on another book on data security.

Paola Lubet
Director, Product Management, Marketing and Business Development
Paola Lubet is the Director of Product Management, Marketing and Business Development for IBM solidDB. Paola is a veteran of the database industry and joined IBM through the acquisition of Solid Information Technology where she served as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Business Development. Prior to joining Solid, she held executive positions at PeopleSoft, Oracle and Apple Computer. Paola holds a Master Degree in Computer Science from the Universita degli Studi di Torino in Italy, and Executive Business Training from the Cranfield School of Managment in the UK.
