Chris was previously a technical engineer at Sun Microsystems, and an engineer and VMS consultant for Digital Equipment Corporation. His certifications include: MCSE, MCT, MASE, A+ certified.

Mel Tungate is the Executive Director of Americas Product Management for Hitachi Data Systems. He has been involved or directing the modular product for Hitachi Data Systems for the past decade, and has been with Hitachi for over 25 years in various management, technical, and product capacities.

Paul Sustman is currently a product manager for Symantec NetBackup where he manages the disk-based solutions and heads up the OpenStorage “OST” intelligent storage partner program with the industry’s leading storage providers. Mr. Sustman is an entrepreneur and a veteran in the storage industry with a strong background in Enterprise IT. Prior to joining Symantec, Mr. Sustman was co-founder and CEO of Constant Data, Inc., a provider of data availability software that was acquired. Mr. Sustman began his career at Cray Research building Supercomputers.
